hjbcodeforge.com is a marketing site. Using it means accepting what follows.
Every product we sell has its own terms, and those govern the product — what it does, what it costs, how to cancel, and what we are liable for. See, for example, ShopCanary's terms. Nothing on this page changes them.
Using this site
Read it, share it, quote it, link to it. What you may not do is attempt to break it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to impersonate HJB CodeForge.
What is on it
The words, designs, logos, code and product names on this site belong to HJB CodeForge unless credited otherwise. You may quote or reference them with attribution. You may not present them as your own or use our name or branding in a way that implies we endorse or are affiliated with something we are not.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, and we would rather correct it than defend it. Even so, product descriptions, prices, availability and roadmap statements can change, and pages can go out of date between edits. Where this site and a product's own listing or terms disagree, the product's own listing and terms win. Nothing here is a warranty, a guarantee of a particular result, or professional advice.
Products and custom work
- Subscription software — governed by that product's own terms, and billed by the platform it is distributed on (the Shopify App Store, for example).
- Custom development — governed by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page. Enquiring through the contact form creates no obligation on either side.
Links out
This site links to places we do not run — app stores, our own products on other platforms, and third-party services. We are not responsible for what is on the other end of those links, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.
Availability and liability
This site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be reachable or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it or from relying on something written on it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
What this site collects, and what it does not, is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes and governing law
We will post any material change on this page and update the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
