Shopify is switching Stocky off on 31 August 2026. If you use it to raise purchase orders and work out what to reorder, that workflow is gone at the end of the month.
Replenora does that job. It went live on the Shopify App Store on 31 July 2026.
Your data is not vanishing on the 31st
Start here, because some of the advice going round about this is wrong.
Shopify's own help pages say you keep read only export access for at least 90 days after 31 August. The workflow stops on the 31st. The export does not. You have more time than the panic suggests.
The second thing worth knowing is what you can take with you. Stocky exports completed purchase orders, stocktake history and historical cost data. It cannot export suppliers at all, which Shopify states plainly. Historical purchase orders also cannot be imported back into Shopify once you have exported them.
I had that wrong on my own site for four days, telling people to export their suppliers. A reader pointed it out and it is fixed. Worth saying out loud, because a migration guide that tells you to do something impossible costs you an afternoon.
Getting your history in
Export your completed purchase orders from Stocky first. Import that file into Replenora and your suppliers get created as it goes, because the supplier names ride along on the purchase order rows.
Then give it a supplier CSV with names, lead times and currency. That way the numbers driving your reorder maths come from you.
What it does
Purchase orders
Raise a purchase order against a supplier using the lead time that supplier really takes. Email it out as a PDF from inside the app, or download it. Shopify's incoming stock count goes up when you send it, and back down if you cancel.
Receiving
Receive against the order line by line, with an audit trail on each one. Part deliveries are normal, so a partly received order works out its own status from the receipt maths rather than waiting for someone to set it by hand. Over receipts are allowed, because they happen.
If the write back to Shopify fails, the receipt is still saved and that line is marked so you can retry it. Losing a receipt because an API call timed out would be worse than showing you a failed sync.
Reorder points
Replenora reads what sold over the last 60 days and works out when each variant hits its reorder point, using the supplier lead time and the cover you want to hold. It can turn a suggestion straight into a draft purchase order at the quantity it recommended.
The number it refuses to guess
This is the part I would want to know about before installing anything.
Reorder maths runs on supplier lead time. If a supplier really takes 42 days and the app assumes 14, it tells you to reorder at 21 days of stock instead of 49, then orders 44 days of cover instead of 72. Late and short at the same time, on a screen that looks confident about it.
So Replenora records whether a person set that lead time or whether it is a default sitting there. When nobody has set it, the reorder suggestion is withheld and the row reads "Assumed, not set". You still get days of cover, which never depended on lead time in the first place. You do not get a recommendation built on a guess.
The supplier CSV export writes a blank cell for anything nobody supplied. Otherwise an export followed by a re import would quietly turn the app's own guess into a confirmed fact.

Worth being straight about the comparison. Stocky came bundled with POS Pro, so for most people the real question is $29 against free, not $29 against the $150 a month tools further up the market. That is why the free plan is a working plan rather than a trial with a wall at the end of it.

If you are moving off Stocky
You have until 31 August for the workflow itself, and at least 90 days after that to pull your data out. Export your completed purchase orders while you can, since that file is what carries your supplier names across. Then decide where the work lands.
If that turns out to be Replenora, the free plan is enough to move your suppliers over and run a couple of orders through it before you pay anything.
