Delete Your Account

You can delete your VoidRise account and all of its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.
Note: VoidRise can be used as a guest with no account. Account deletion applies if you signed in with Google or email. Guests can simply uninstall the app to remove all on-device data.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open VoidRise and go to the System tab.
- In the Account panel, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and cloud data are deleted immediately and the app resets to a fresh start.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@hjbcodeforge.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "VoidRise account deletion request." We verify ownership of the account email and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
- Your account (your Google/email identity with us).
- Your cloud-saved profile and progress — hunter profile, workouts, body metrics, ranks, cosmetics, and your Provisions food diary — stored with our backend provider, Supabase.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Any data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the account in-app, or when you uninstall the app.
What isn't kept
VoidRise shows no ads, sells no data, and does no cross-app tracking. Subscription/payment records are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's own retention and refund policies; contact Google Play support for purchase records. For anything else, email support@hjbcodeforge.com.
